Clear Firefox's Cache
To clear Firefox's cache open Firefox and click Edit > Preferences the click Privacy. Next to Cache click Clear.

Clear Other Firefox Data
From inside of the Preferences window you can clear and modify the settings for History, Saved Form Information, Saved Passwords, Download Manager History, Cookies, and the Cache.
